In terms of determining whether or not people were lending just for the sake of lending, there were a number of audit-type processes in relation to that. There was a credit quality process that was run by the credit group and they would go through and look at experience of individual lenders and if the experience of individual lenders were that arrears were coming up, that would be a bad thing. Equally, then, the internal audit function would have done separately, as part of their internal audit of a branch or wherever, they would have done a review of that. So, to the extent that lenders were lending just for the sake of lending, I don't believe that that would have been a serious problem, no.
