And the question is very simple. Because the document doesn't speak. You're the Taoiseach and I want you to confirm, is the interpretation that I have of the document, is that the Fine Gael plan in terms of expenditure over the five years was to increase expenditure at a rate twice of what the growth rate was in the economy, which was in line with what Fianna Fáil had done in the previous five years where they increased expenditure twice in line of what the growth rate was in the economy.
