my case is with the Panel. I do hope something will be done about what happened to my two admissible complaints that I lost due to the Garda interfering with the complaints process to avoid accountability.

I went to the Joint Committee as well. I went to the Minister too. I did not go to the Garda Commissioner as she is at the top of the Garda and I know I would have been wasting my time. I am waiting on the Panel. I cant afford to take the Courts route. so us on the bottom go unheard. where is the justice in that? I do hope the Minister will make a recommendation in my case.

well that is news to me. I asked Alan Shatter in 2011 to use section 109 in my case and he said he could not. I have it in a letter from him.
