When Professor Honohan was here with us he said there was a change in attitude in 2010. He said:

when I came in [in] 2009, I realised that nobody was particularly concerned about Ireland. They were concerned about Greece and ... how they were going to manage [that].

And so, effectively, the change in attitude occurred in August 2010. Would you agree with that? Was there a kind of calmness before the storm, so to speak?
