Well obviously, you know, the Greece thing came up in April or May of 2010 and they were having to deal with that. And what they had to do there was, as you may recall, it was on the basis of bilateral agreements between member states and Greece. You didn't have the ESFS and the ESM funds set up at that stage.

It was in the aftermath of having to do that with Greece that they subsequently spent the next number of months creating this fund and working out the logistics of all of that and how that would work and how it would be funded, etc., etc. and-----
