Just to finalise on the issue, you said earlier that yourself and Minister Lenihan were liaising talks about talks, rather than committing until you knew what the consequences were, how it was going to be handled and that you wouldn't commit to it until such time as those outstanding issues were ironed out. And while you were getting close to that, was the timing of this interview, this intervention through the national airwaves by the Governor of the Central Bank ... did it in any way weaken or have a tangible negative or positive impact on the remaining issues to be ironed out to your satisfaction before applying to a programme?
