They were talking about the consolations will continue in Dublin. Now consultations are consultations, it's not a decision to apply to anything. But we were acting in good faith. Brian Lenihan was saying to colleagues, "Look we're ... there's some outstanding issues we'd like to just get clarified, we're moving a certain direction."
