Chairman. Mr. Beausang, in retrospect are you satisfied that communication between the members of the DSG group, domestic standing group, was maximised during the period of the crisis? What areas, if any, were ineffective in the lead-up and during the crisis itself? And I just want to refer to page 9 in your statement where you say, in paragraph 12.6, "Ultimately in the course of 2008, the formal DSG structure fell into abeyance, replaced by frequent informal ad-hoccontacts". So the question I'm asking is: in retrospect, why did it fall into abeyance? And were the communication lines between the members of the group maximised to the maximum effect of the Irish taxpayer?
