Okay, thank you very much. I'm going to move towards wrapping items up there, Mr. Hurley. I just want clarification on one piece of documentation that we have and I just ... it may be familiar to you ... it's a note from a Department of Finance presentation and I'm just trying to establish the date of when that was actually provided. There's a particular line on it; it's the second last bullet point on it, it says: "Open-ended State guarantee exposing the Exchequer to significant fiscal risk are not regarded as part of the toolkit for successful crisis management and resolution". Do you have any recollection of that as to when it was-----
