Why not set up a more streamlined process for dealing with it? This is where the problem is arising. People are left in mid-air for a quite a long time, not knowing whether they will be able to get the required support for that treatment abroad. I have come across a number of cases where it went around in circles for three or four months, which is unfair to the families and to the patient concerned.
