Moving to another area, Mr. Wright's report states that it was impossible to review all of the advice over the ten-year period. Is it necessary for this committee to look at the advice that was given in the Department? Is it necessary for this committee to do that work, or is what is provided in the report enough of a snapshot? Is there more documentation that we need to look at?
