In a sense, Deputy Kevin Humphreys is saying that this trade-off that I was talking about can be severe in both directions. If one does not make the adjustments, one could undermine a lot of the progress we have made so far, which itself could have negative effects on the economy, but making the adjustments also has negative effects. There really are no easy answers. It is a balancing act.
