My question was not about the efficiency of the equipment but about the manner in which it was located and set up. The allegations made by the former employees were that they brought this to the attention of their superiors but were dismissed out of hand. In turn, this had an impact on subsequent prosecutions. That was the core message of these allegations. This raises serious issues which could be impacting on drivers who perhaps were not over the speed limit. I do not know anything about the technical aspects which is why I asked how it can impact on subsequent prosecutions. What is of concern is the serious allegation that alleged serious deficiencies were brought to the attention of the employer by some employees but were ignored.
