My third question is addressed to Ms Kiernan from One Family. We hear a lot of talk in here about the rights of children and there was a referendum on the issue. I commend the fantastic work done by One Family on the contact centre projects. I feel very strongly that if we are serious about the rights of children these centres should be funded. Ms Kiernan mentioned that it cost in the region of €209,000 per annum to keep two centres in Dublin open. Is it correct to say they were closed down because of lack of funding?
