Coillte has repeated its contention that it cannot do anything because it does not get the grants and, therefore, can only facilitate private farmers. Of course, Coillte should play its role in that regard. Does Coillte honestly believe, however, that the number of private farmers contributing to afforestation will be sufficient to meet the targets and objectives we should have of reaching an average afforestation level of 30%?
