We were aware of the matter during the prolonged period of storms, but we have not had calm seas and low tides to enable the councils to inspect all of the structures as desired. There may be damage. The engineers have been doing their best to estimate on the basis of what can be seen, but we have not had a prolonged calm period with low tides to conduct base foundation examinations, etc. One cannot rule out damage.
