Primarily, we need to get the shape of the person’s face. We need to establish a range of facial measurements associated with exposing the face. The face needs to be uncovered. We need to see the person’s hairline and as far as her ear line and jaw. This is the international standard so we in Ireland are not doing anything that would not happen in other countries.
