The Chairman raised a number of points that I will address. One point related to 2009. The Chairman referred correctly to the letter from Mr. Desmond Peelo in November 2009. He said this references what actually took place at the meeting. I am referring to my letter dated 7 July 2009 which is directly after the meeting that took place on 25 June. I refer the Chairman to the second page of the letter where I said very clearly that I have given the CRC a copy of the levels of pay that were applicable to the grades.
