What is the distance that Mr. O'Connor would be comfortable with in order that he would not have a problem living beside a pylon? Please tell us. Mr. O'Connor is destroying the process by what he is saying. Now nobody can have any confidence, as the chairman designate will not live beside one and will not tell us how close beside is.
