The first point I wanted to make was about the position of alcohol. I echo what has been said by previous speakers. I compliment Deputy Conway on having the courage to admit that, unfortunately, people at the very highest level of Government, the Ministers, are not prepared to take on what is a very powerful lobby, the alcohol lobby-----
