I asked one question to which I did not get an answer. Perhaps it is an unfair question. I asked whether there is any research or data which would help us to understand to what extent our failure to enforce existing legislation feeds into alcohol abuse and the rate of suicide among young people. How many of those young people started drinking earlier than the minimum legal age?
