The Registrar of the Labour Court wrote to Minister Burke on the 18 April 2024 forwarding the Order of the Labour Court varying the terms of a Registered Employment Agreement.

I can confirm that the matter is receiving due consideration and it is expected that an Order confirming the agreed variation will issue shortly.
