To ask the Minister for Education and Skills further to Parliamentary Question No. 1695 of 9 April 2024, to report on the progress made with respect to outstanding backdated payments under the section 39 WRC pay agreement; when he expects that any payments still outstanding will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My officials are continuing to engage with colleagues in the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform regarding the application of this pay award to workers in section 39 bodies who are delivering training funded by the Education and Training Boards.
