257. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if it has been determined whether the OPW or Clare County Council had responsibility for conservation works in Moynoe Graveyard, Scariff, County Clare; if he is aware how long scaffolding has been in place; when it will be removed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
