To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of employees within her Department and bodies under the aegis of her Department who are currently suspended on full pay pending disciplinary investigations; to outline, in tabular form, the length of time these employees have been under suspension; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that I am advised that no employees within this Department are currently suspended on full pay pending disciplinary investigations.
With regard to bodies under the aegis of my Department, the information sought by the Deputy is an operational matter for those bodies and not something for which I have direct day-to-day responsibility.
