To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth further to the announcement by the Minister of State of an interim overnight respite service for children with disabilities being sanctioned at Castleblayney, County Monaghan, if this service will be operational by 1 October 2024; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
