To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if it is the policy of his Department that all public water schemes are fluoridated; if not, the schemes that have fluoridation and those that do not, respectively; the total cost of fluoridating water; the amount of this cost borne by the Exchequer by way of grant to Uisce Éireann; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
