To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the engagement he and the Higher Education Authority have had with the president of a university (details supplied) in respect of the existence of a financial deficit; and if the HEA or himself, on behalf of the Government, is satisfied by the seriousness, urgency and responsiveness of the governing body to address this matter in a timely and constructive manner.
