To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 347 of 7 March 2024, if he can publish the legal advice given to the Minister for Mental Health in relation to regulating CAMHS under section 34 of the Mental Health Act, 2001; the person or body that gave this legal advice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
