1458. To ask the Minister for Health the reason Glenwood House, Carrigaline has not yet opened as a mental health facility since it received planning permission from An Bord Pleanála in October 2023; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12768/24]

As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible
