To ask the Minister for Health if he agrees with the Mental Health Commission’s Report that the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services should be regulated in order to address the unacceptable waiting list crisis for high risk referrals, the highlighted lack of follow up, lack of monitoring of psychiatric medicines and many more operational issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
