To ask the Minister for Health if he will consider the regulation of CAMHS, which would ensure that recommendations on governance and clinical reform made by the Mental Health Commission can be implemented by the HSE and the State; if he will allow the Mental Health Commission to monitor the implementation of any such recommendations and allow it to publish an annual report on progress; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
