To ask the Minister for Health the number of unfilled positions across all Rape Crisis Centres in the country; the works that are in progress to equalise pay rates and pay scales of counsellors with their HSE counterparts; the current waiting times for women to access these services and the efforts and plans underway to meet the urgent needs of people in crisis situations in a more humane, compassionate and timely manner; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
