To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the number of planners recruited by the Land Development Agency from An Bord Pleanála; if he acknowledges that recruiting staff from the already overstretched An Bord Pleanála only undermines further the Government's planning strategy and exacerbates current waiting times; if there are any plans to outsource recruitment to avoid reducing the staffing levels at An Bord Pleanála; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
