To ask the Minister for Education and Skills to provide an update on his Department's work on the borrowing framework for technological universities; if there is a proposed timeline for when such a framework would be published; if he recognises the disadvantage that the inability to borrow places on technological universities compared with traditional universities in respect of borrowing for the provision of student accommodation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
