452. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality to outline in tabular form the number of fixed penalty notices for speeding that went to summons stage and were served per county in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2874/24]
