To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment further to Parliamentary Question No. 113 of 28 September 2023, if he has reverted to the Local Government Management Agency with feedback on the draft Codes of Practice and Data Protection Impact Assessments in order to permit local authorities to install CCTV cameras in the vicinity of bottle banks and other waste collection locations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
