288. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the percentage of applicants that pass their driving test at the first attempt in the Nenagh test centre, County Tipperary, for B category licences; how this ranks in comparison with all other testing centres in the country for B category licences; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Testing Service. As such, the information requested is held by the Authority and I have referred the question to the RSA for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
