To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if Article 8 of the Broadband Cost Reduction Directive 2014 (2014/61/EU) will be enacted into Irish law by the end of 2023; the reason it has not been implemented to date; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
