To ask the Minister for Health to report on the amount of money allocated to section 38 and section 39 mental health organisations in the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, respectively; including a breakdown of the names of each of these organisations and how much is allocated to each organisation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
