To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1045 of 20 September 2023, the specific requirements for the advertising of local recruitment competitions, as opposed to national panel recruitment competitions, for HSE staff grade and senior grade psychology posts, such that they are compliant with the Commission for Public Service Appointments and the HSE's own recruitment protocols; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
