To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth what percentage of tracing applications made under the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 have been allocated to a social worker by the Adoption Authority of Ireland and Tusla – the Child and Family Agency respectively (with the percentage provided for each body). As the subject matter of the Deputy’s question relates to an operational matter for Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, and the Adoption Authority of Ireland, I have referred the matter to them for a direct reply.
