To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth what facilities are available for independent living in County Tipperary for a young adult with an intellectual disability and more specifically, if there are any services available for a young 18-year-old man whose parents have died and is being cared for by his sister; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
