To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 400 and 401 of 18 May 2023, when she plans to publish both the research report and the policy paper following the public consultation on the issue of parental alienation as part of the Justice Plan 2022 on her Department’s website; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can advise the Deputy that Minister Harris brought both the finalised policy paper and the research report to Government on the 23rd of May last, which noted his intention to publish both reports.
Both the research report and the policy paper have now been published on the Department’s website, a link to which can be found here: www.gov.ie/en/publication/20df3-parental-alienation-research-report-and-policy-paper/.
