To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if he is aware of difficulties experienced by people purchasing their first home who are availing for more than one of the affordable options available and meeting the 70% rule on the help-to buy-scheme; what engagement has he had with the Minister for Finance to clarify what is currently gauged by Revenue as the purchase price; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
