552. To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth what additional capacity is being made available to the HSE to undertake assessments of needs in Dublin south, Kildare and west Wicklow following a High Court ruling (details supplied); if he is aware that the ruling has resulted in the requirement for a reassessment for a significant number of assessment of needs cases dating back to January 2020 as well as a requirement to provide fully comprehensive clinical assessments and referral for assessments of educational need by the NCSE; if no such additional capacity has been made available, when service users can expect an increase in capacity; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
