To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government his views on whether the enforcement of wildlife crime should now become a greater priority following the successful agreement of a UN Action Plan for Biodiversity at COP 15 and following the report of the Irish Citizens' Assembly on Biodiversity Loss; how he envisages that the greater enforcement of wildlife crime will help Ireland to meet it's '30 x 30' goals; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
