195. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if she has published the National Council for Special Education policy advice on education provision in special classes and special schools submitted to her Department on 12 January 2023; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15977/23]

The Policy Advice is currently under review and publication will follow shortly. The Policy Advice will be the subject of an extensive consultation process with education stakeholders and partners, as well as with disability representative organisations, and parental representatives.
