To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to Parliamentary Question No. 274 of 21 March 2023, if he will confirm that he has submitted the business case and consent request to the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform as required regarding a company's (details supplied) approved pension increase as submitted to him in July 2022. As I advised the Deputy in response to Parliamentary Question No. 274 on 21 March 2023, I am engaging with my colleague, the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform on this matter with a view to an early resolution.
A submission on this matter has been prepared and will be issued to the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform in the immediate future.
