To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the inspector’s report into (details supplied), its finances and structures which found amongst other discrepancies that funding was not ring-fenced for its intended purpose; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The organisation referred to is an environmental non-governmental organisation and my Department does not fund or review its operational costs. It would not be appropriate for my Department to comment on the report of the Charity Regulator.
